Trees of Remembrance

Celebrate the Memory of a Loved One

Every holiday season, many people from our community take part in Trees of Remembrance. This year you, too, can honor loved ones with colorful ribbons that are hand-lettered with names and placed on one of HospiceCare’s Trees of Remembrance—located at The Dairy Center for the Arts (Boulder), Twin Peaks Mall (Longmont), Louisville Recreation and Senior Services Center, and the Paul Derda Recreation Center (Broomfield). Ribbons may be ordered for a tax-deductible donation of $20 each and will be displayed from Thanksgiving through New Year’s Day. You may pick up your ribbon as a keepsake at the program’s end.

RibbonThis year, for the first time, you can also pay tribute to your cherished friends or family members with a crystal ornament that is beautifully etched with a dove and the current year for home display and lasting remembrance. The ornament design will change every year, so you’ll truly have an enjoyable collection for years to come. Ornaments may be ordered for $50 each. For an additional $10 you can personalize this collectible treasure with a loved one’s name.

To place your ribbon or ornament order, please download this form and mail to HospiceCare at 2594 Trailridge Drive East; Lafayette, CO 80026.

Or you may call 303-604-5236 to place a credit card order.

A Treasured HospiceCare Tradition

Trees of Remembrance is a treasured community tradition made possible by a dedicated group of volunteers and the generosity of community sponsors. We’re most grateful for these friends’ support—and yours. By participating in Trees of Remembrance, you’re helping HospiceCare patients live in dignity and comfort at home, in our Care Center or in extended care facilities, and also helping us provide bereavement services to anyone in the community who is grieving.
